In order to lock down your event date in our calendar, we require both a retainer (non-refundable) as well as a signed contract. Sending an inquiry and communicating back and forth will NOT hold any dates.

(There is a 24 hour grace period once the contract is sent to be signed and retainer to be paid otherwise your date will is available for other Brides)

You most certainly can book a trial before signing your contract and paying the retainer fee, but due to a high influx in brides, contracted brides get first pick at appointments. A pre contract fee will apply to the current rates. Booking a trial before signing contracts does not guarantee placement in our calendar for we cannot hold your date without the contract and retainer!

Glow with the Duo is a exclusive team between Kyla & Brittney. To ensure expected quality along all clients, we will only service a max of 10 clients each stylist if timing allows. Any more services will need to be serviced through outsourced stylists which you would be responsible for booking. Our minimum Friday-Sunday is Bride + 5.

Yes! All travel related expenses will be assessed based at time of booking your location. This may include hotel, mileage expense/uber, flight, and food during the duration of the stay. Any bookings more than 2 hours away will require compensation for hotel stay.

Yes, we do require a minimum of bride + 5 services on weddings Friday-Sunday. This applies only for day of weddings.

A trial run is not included in your contracted package. This is a separate service. Your trial run rate is based upon the current pricing in your contract when booking. If you are booking a trial before contract, a pre contract fee applies.

For trials you would come to our studio but wedding day’s we travel to you! Travel rates do apply based upon location!

Wash your hair the night before and avoid using any product and heat! Straightening your hair before your service can compromise the way your hair styles with my curling iron. If anyone in your bridal party has very frizzy or curly hair, it must be smoothed before I arrive. Please make sure nobody’s hair is wet.

Make such all your makeup from the day before is cleaned off the face. Try not to use makeup wipes and use an oil/cream based cleanser to get a more deeper clean, to prep for the big day. Kyla has all skincare and makeup products for all skin types and tones. So no need for anyone to bring any of there skincare or makeup. If you or any one in the bridal party has allergies/sensitive skin you can bring those skincare products for Kyla to apply before the makeup.
